In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the pro77 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. pro77 reserves the right to verify compliance with these criteria at any point during a Member's relationship with the Platform.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform. Pro77 applies a zero-tolerance policy to underage gambling and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21, forfeiting all associated balances pending investigation.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction in which accessing pro77's services does not violate applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship may not register an account.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active pro77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with pro77 or any other gambling operator, and must not be listed on any responsible gaming exclusion register to which pro77 subscribes.
• Not a Prohibited Territory Resident: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory as defined in Clause 1 above.
• Not a pro77 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, officers of pro77, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Member account or place wagers on the Platform.

To access betting and gaming services on pro77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

The following information is required at registration:

• Full legal name — must match your government-issued identification document exactly.
• Date of birth — must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Valid email address — used for account communications, security alerts, and password recovery.
• Active Indonesian mobile phone number — used for two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP.
• Preferred username and password — your password must meet the minimum security requirements displayed during registration.
• Bank account or e-wallet details — required before your first withdrawal can be processed; must be registered in your own name.

Pro77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registrations that pro77 suspects to be fraudulent, duplicate, or submitted by persons in Prohibited Territories will be rejected. Registration implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their current versions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Pro77 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Pro77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify pro77 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Pro77 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification of the account holder's identity.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if prompted to do so during account setup or at the time of a high-value withdrawal request.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

All deposits and withdrawals on pro77 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Pro77 does not apply any internal currency conversion fees. The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga — processed via inter-bank transfer in IDR.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, although unverified accounts are subject to a cumulative daily deposit cap of Rp 5.000.000 pending completion of KYC. Deposits are credited to your wallet balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Pro77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on any calendar day are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after 21:00 WIB will be processed the following business day. Pro77 targets a processing time of under 60 seconds for e-wallet withdrawals and under 3 hours for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to verification requirements.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the pro77 account holder.
• If you have claimed any bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Real-money funds deposited and not linked to any active bonus remain withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification.
• Pro77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.
• Pro77 may delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once in full cannot be withdrawn until a minimum single rollover of the deposit amount has been completed. This anti-money-laundering requirement applies to all accounts.

Pro77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) is stated on each promotion's detail page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 20%. Togel (numbers lottery) bets contribute 50%. Zero-contribution games are listed on the promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level within the time period stated in the promotion (default: 7 calendar days from credit) will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per Member per household per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate claims using multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Pro77's Rights: Pro77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses awarded in error may be corrected or reversed at pro77's discretion.
• No Cash Equivalent: Bonus funds have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the pro77 platform.

All betting and gaming activity on pro77 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, and esports). These product-specific rules are published within each game or market interface. The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Pro77 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed wager except where an obvious system error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations caused by a technical fault or human error, pro77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts to Member wallets.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the point of wager placement. These limits may vary by product, market, and Member account status.
• Pro77's sportsbook odds are determined by the platform's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• For togel markets, draw results are sourced from the official draw bodies for each market (SGP, HKG, Sydney). Pro77 accepts no responsibility for disputes arising from the source draw body's own errors or delays.
• Esports match results are determined by the official tournament organizer's final result. Results that are subsequently altered by a tournament organizer's appeal process will be settled in line with the final official outcome.
• Collusion between Members to manipulate bet outcomes, including but not limited to match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, and coordinated betting patterns, is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and fund forfeiture.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pro77 platform. Violation of any item in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC, or ongoing account management.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Territory, or using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, payment fraud, unauthorized use of another person's payment method, or exploitation of system errors.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner that gives an unfair advantage or places bets automatically without manual human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or calculation errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings derived from exploitation of Platform errors are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and hedging bets across accounts.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without authorization.
• Posting, transmitting, or communicating any defamatory, harassing, or abusive content via any pro77 communication channel.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.

Pro77 is committed to operating in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. As part of this commitment, pro77 may require any Member to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving License (SIM) — showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last 3 months showing your name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Source of Funds: In cases where cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds, pro77 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of the funds.

KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload mechanism within the Member account portal. Pro77 will process submitted documents within 2 business days of receipt. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 calendar days of a request being issued may result in account suspension.

Pro77 is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. We recognize that while the overwhelming majority of our members enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behavior. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pro77 Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be used to deposit or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a defined period (minimum 6 months, maximum 5 years, or permanent). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible during the selected period.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net profit/loss during the current session.

All content on the pro77 platform — including but not limited to the pro77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pro77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the pro77 platform without prior written consent from pro77.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by their respective licensing agreements with pro77.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to pro77 regarding the Platform may be used by pro77 without restriction or compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pro77 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, as described in Clause 4.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary.
• Inaccuracies in third-party odds data, live score feeds, or draw results on which the Platform relies.
• Any tax liability that may arise in your jurisdiction as a result of gambling winnings. It is your sole responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws in your country of residence.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pro77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Either party may terminate the Member's account at any time. Voluntary account closure by the Member may be requested via the account settings page or by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure:

• Any real-money balance remaining in the wallet (net of any bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Member's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.
• Open bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules and any resulting winnings added to the final balance before withdrawal.

Pro77 may terminate or suspend a Member's account immediately, without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Provision of false identity information or failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the Member is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Any conduct that, in pro77's reasonable judgment, poses a risk to the Platform, other Members, or the integrity of pro77's gaming operations.

Where an account is terminated by pro77 for cause, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Funds determined to have originated from fraudulent activity will not be returned and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Pro77 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pro77 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. However, by using the pro77 platform, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you access and use the Platform at your own risk and on your own initiative. Pro77 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful in your jurisdiction.

Pro77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Whenever material changes are made, pro77 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Post a notice of the changes on the Platform's homepage and/or send a notification to registered Members via email.
• Where the changes are particularly significant, provide a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the pro77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
